    ZHdK Code of Conduct

At ZHdK, people from around 70 different countries study, teach, and work together and people with different cultures, beliefs, and perspectives meet and interact. As a place of shared learning, teaching, research, and work, ZHdK fosters a university culture based on respect, responsibility, openness, and mutual trust.

The ZHdK Code of Conduct sets out the principles for collaboration, responsibility, and interpersonal conduct at ZHdK, providing guidance for decision-making and action in a wide range of situations. It applies to all members of the university community, as well as to external service providers and guests. Adopted by the university board as part of its strategic responsibility, the ZHdK Code is aligned with the university's strategic objectives and its Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity (EDI) Action Plan.
