      • Mariona Caball Sangra

Hi! My name is Mariona and I’m from Barcelona, Spain. I started dancing at a young age and have always been curious about discovering different ways of moving and expressing myself. Dance is a way for me to communicate, connect with others and discover more about myself. I enjoy the challenge of adapting to different movement styles and translating choreographers’ ideas into my own movement. At ZHdK, I’m looking forward to challenging myself, expanding my artistic possibilities, and learning from and sharing experiences with people from different backgrounds.

      • Marta Stolarski

My name is Marta and I love dancing. But that’s something you could have easily guessed by now. What you don’t know is that without dancing, I’d probably be freeriding in the mountains, solving math problems or translating books. Let me explain. Born in Zurich, I grew up speaking several languages thanks to my multinational family. Alongside dance, I graduated from a prestigious math-focused Gymi, where I discovered a talent for the subject and considered studying it. Despite my fear of heights, I enjoy snowboarding and could become an instructor like my cousins. Now, I bring all these sides into my dancing, combining freedom of movement with calculated trajectories to create my own dance language.

      • Marianna Vecchietti

Hi, I’m Marianna, born in 2007 in Marsciano, Italy. My passion for dance began at the age of six, when my mum took me to a dance studio, and I have never stopped since. Over time, I realised that dance was not just a passion, but something much greater that I wanted to carry with me throughout my life. When I think of myself, I cannot imagine a Marianna without dance. Dance makes me feel alive, and I am ready to challenge my limits, grow, and discover more about myself, both as a person and as a dancer.

I’m particularly interested in improvisation and the freedom and individuality it brings to movement. Now studying Contemporary Dance at ZHdK, I’m excited to continue developing as an artist and exploring where dance takes me.
