Educational objectives
With a degree in Curatorial Studies, graduates will be able to plan and realize exhibitions, events and mediation programmes, positioning themselves successfully in a dynamic environment. This includes the ability to move competently in transdisciplinary as well as politically charged social contexts. The program imparts scholarly competence (the ability to interpret phenomena and developments in relation to relevant academic research), a competence as an author/writer (with an independent and recognizable profile) and competences in production (the ability to realize projects in practice), communicative skills (the successful communication of these projects, linguistically and visually) as well as the social competences (the ability to think independently, to communicate and to work in a team), as shaping one’s own ethics and commitments.
