Design Leadership is based on a dynamic understanding of organisation and leadership and focuses on people: agile approaches, collaborative methods and a design-oriented attitude create the basis for tackling complex processes. Participants in the CAS programme learn to apply contemporary leadership styles, sharpen their leadership profile and expand their ability to act.
