The CAS Facilitating Innovation focuses on practical applications and helps to develop an individual profile as a facilitator. Innovation and transformation processes, especially in times of AI, require people to work together across disciplines, teams and roles. Formerly known as CAS Design Methods, the revised CAS Facilitating Innovation course teaches methods and tools for effectively facilitating change.

In an individual certificate project, the CAS participants study selected facilitation methods of their choice in greater depth with the support of a mentor. Their method descriptions and case studies are incorporated into the online collection, which now comprises over 100 collaborative methods. Discover them at designtools.zhdk.ch!
