    How can learning and teaching at a university be designed when it sees itself as a "learning institution"? In this episode, we explore how the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) integrates sustainable development with an inclusive and future-oriented learning culture.

    Bernadett Settele, project lead for teaching development in the Learning & Teaching dossier and lecturer in the Master of Art Education program, along with Karin Zindel, co-head of the Sustainability dossier office, lecturer, and co-coordinator of the Minor "Alternative Futures," discuss the challenges and opportunities of making learning and teaching processes more sustainable.

    We explore how lecturers can empower students to use their skills and creativity for a sustainable future. The episode also highlights how institutional change and sustainability intersect in arts and design education.

    The results are in! Last November, the Farm To Table project served not only seasonal and regional but above all plant-based alternatives in the Mensa Molki at the Toni-Areal. How did this new menu plan resonate with the guests, and what were the effects of this change? In this episode, we interviewed the cafeteria guests and sit at the round table to have a discussion with Mark Voser (Head of Education Mandate, ZFV), Michael Krohn (Co-Leader of "Farm To Table"), and Margaretha Jüngling (Chef/Artist) about the project and topics surrounding the current and future role of sustainable nutrition at the university.
