There are many ways in which foreign students wishing to come to ZHdK and ZHdK students wishing to go abroad can apply for scholarships.
- Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars and Artists: awards art scholarships to foreign art students wishing to pursue an initial master’s degree in Switzerland.
- Government scholarships for students studying at Swiss institutions: ZHdK students have the possibility to get a government scholarship to study abroad. An overview of all scholarships can be found here.
- Fulbright Switzerland: awards scholarships to Swiss students for stays between four and ten months at American universities. American students can apply for the above-mentioned Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars and Artists;
- Swiss European Mobility Programme (SEMP): is the Swiss exchange programme equivalent to Erasmus+ and offers students, lecturers and ZHdK staff the opportunity to obtain funding for study, internships, teaching and continuing education placements in Europe (Erasmus+ partner countries). More information for ZHdK students is available here. Only outgoing internships are possible; the Mobility Office at ZHdK does not organize incoming internships.
