At ZHdK, students choose a Major. In addition to this core subject, they can choose one or two Minors to deepen or expand their major skills and knowledge across various disciplines. Study projects
Students doing a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Film are required to produce a considerable number of films. Graduate films and selected semester projects can be viewed at www.filmstudieren.ch.
Kino Toni
Kino Toni is ZHdK’s cinema and a central hub for film education at the Toni-Areal. It is a place where films are screened and discussed, opening up new perspectives on cinema. Film students present their own work, meet filmmakers, and engage with both contemporary and historical approaches to film. At the same time, Kino Toni reaches beyond the university, inviting external audiences to watch, discover and discuss films together. Additionally, during the semester, Klub Kuleshov presents a curated film programme every Tuesday.
