Manifesto
Zurich, September 2021

It’s time to make dance honest.

Enable every young person to have access to dance
Enable the community to have access to dance
Enable the disabled to have access to dance
Enable the addicts to have access to dance
Enable the poor to have access to dance
Enable the lonely to have access to dance
Enable the elderly to have access to dance
Enable the mentally ill to have access to dance
Enable the hospitalized to have access to dance

Enable dance to spread love, health, wellbeing and connection.
Enable dance to move away from elitism and difficulty.

Let dance empower people and hear their voices.

Clara Thierry

We all dance so easily when we are happy … But what happens when we are not?
Can we use dance as a process of healing to let go of deep heavy feelings?
I want that people realize the importance of your body
Use it as a tool to express and understand yourself on a deeper level
Cultivate your research
Where and what is the pain in you?
Tune into it
Dig in it
Feel it
How does it resonates in your body?
How does it makes you move?
Dance with it
Does it restrict you?
If yes then how?
If it makes you feel stuck … USE IT
What are the limits?
How can you respect your limits while pushing them?

Use dance to get in a better touch with yourself
To listen to yourself
learn about yourself
From yourself
By yourself
For yourself
Just BE yourself
Trust in yourself
Express yourself
Heal yourself

Let your interpretation guide you towards your own potential
Don’t be judgmental in your words but be authentic in your feelings that spread through your body
