Competences
Legal Services provides legal advice and information for all ZHdK staff and students (except in the case of internal legal disputes). It also handles legal aspects of human resources administration, conducts and assists with dispute and appeal procedures, and has responsibility for regulation, contracts and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. It also acts as a service provider to outside parties.
A free legal advice service is available to students on any legal issues arising in connection with their course of study.
