Hello and welcome to Student Advice
We are your central point of contact for all enquiries relating to studying at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). We can advise you directly or refer you to the appropriate person or service. For example, if you have questions about choosing a degree programme and applying, exchange programmes, visas and residence permits, or accommodation.
Whether you’re trying to make sense of the information available, looking for guidance, or want to discuss a specific situation: you can contact us with any enquiries. Opening hours – Walk-in
During our opening hours, you can drop in without an appointment for an initial consultation or contact us by telephone:
– Tuesday: 12:00–3:00 pm
– Wednesday: 12:00–3:00 pm
– Thursday: 12:00–3:00 pm
Student Advice is located in Room 3.T07 in the ZHdK entrance hall, opposite the large staircase and next to the wooden benches.
Individual counselling sessions
A counselling session with us is free of charge, lasts 45 minutes and can take place online or in person at ZHdK.
