The Grants Office checks whether the formal requirements of the application have been met and calculates the project budget. The budget should be coordinated with the Grants Office at an early stage.

    Formal preparation of applications

    The application dossier includes, among others, the following documents: 

    • Current CVs of the applicant and project team
    • Current output schedule
    • Data management plan
    • Financial planning

      Guidelines for research projects

      Research is conducted freely at ZHdK; however, national and cantonal legal regulations as well as the guidelines of the research funding organization apply. Researchers must also observe the Open Access and Research Data Management policies as well as the Information and Data Protection Act (IDG) and the Regulation on Intellectual Property for projects at ZHdK. For information on all legal regulations and guidelines of ZHdK, please contact Legal Services at ZHdK.
