    Digital Confidence

    Digital transformation influences not only how we work today, but also and above all how we work together โ€“ and  how we define qualities like teamwork and leadership.

    On these grounds, representatives of the programme Digital Skills & Spaces as well as the internal training unit and the staff council developed the professional development training course โ€œDigital Confidenceโ€. In seven input events throughout the year, which can also be attended individually, participants expand their skillset on various aspects of digital working, reflect on the tried and tested, experiment with the new and exchange ideas with their peers.

    The training course is revised and adapted for a specific target audience each year. The first iteration in 2022 was aimed at secretarial staff; the second, in 2023, at people with leadership responsibilites, and next year the course will be designed specifically for administrative and technical staff.
