Course content.
In this minor, we explore production management forms that extend well beyond the coordination of work processes. Students will be prepared to confidently and independently act as producers in the performing arts scene. This central interface function includes project financing, working conditions, and rehearsal formats. Additionally, students will question classic hierarchical structures and artistic working models, which, due to their composition, constantly revisit the topic of work culture.
Knowledge of funding systems, project applications, working methods, diffusion, and communication strategies round out the course. This practice-based minor will enable you to develop a project dossier and prepare you to take on the role of production and/or rehearsal manager in the performing arts.
