Surprise ConcertsSurprise Concerts

The Surprise Concerts are a long-standing cooperation between the ZHdK and the Tonhalle-Gesellschaft Zürich. In this pre-concert series, selected students are given the opportunity to play a chamber music programme of about 30 minutes. The selection of works relates to the subsequent main programme of the Tonhalle Orchestra. Musical rarities are often heard. Surprise programmes are professionally recorded in cooperation with the Sound engineering class of the ZHdK.
