Educational objectives.

Graduates are artistic professionals in the interpretation of contemporary music, consisting of in-depth exploration of their own identity, knowledge gained when working with materials, techniques and compositions as well as experiences of collaborative work. They are professional, independent, creative musicians and they acquire the requisite skills to contribute to the rapidly changing cultural landscape and work there with confidence. Graduates have a good knowledge of historical and contemporary contexts, topics, events and information in both critical and aesthetic terms, are able to develop innovative musical responses and implement them professionally.

Potential areas of employment.

Graduates are directly involved in shaping contemporary and future music life, and take social-cultural responsibility in the process. They work in a freelance context or in a permanent position, and represent the contemporary repertoire in the professionalized concert industry.
