Redefine artistic production management. This minor gives you an opportunity to explore new forms of production management which extend beyond merely coordinating working processes. In this central interface function as a production manager, funding is just as much a part of a project as negotiating cooperation agreements. Moreover, you will question the traditional hierarchical structures and new collective working models which tackle the issue of working structure differently time and again due to their composition. In this minor, you will not only learn about production processes but you will also be actively involved in the design process. The input on funding systems, project applications as well as diffusion strategies rounds off the minor effectively. This practice-based minor enables you to compile a project dossier and will prepare you to take on responsibility in the performative arts in the capacity of a production manager.
