Have you continuously furthered your education throughout your career, and would now like to combine these learning achievements into a single degree?

The Continuing Education Centre at the Zurich University of the Arts has many years of experience in highly individualised and flexible continuing education opportunities.

The Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Creative Practice was designed to complement the existing CAS Arts & Design in Practice, thus closing a gap at the advanced level.

The door to this continuing education master's programme is open to you after two CAS courses that you have already successfully completed at ZHdK or at another university. This means that you will have completed at least 30 ECTS credits of continuing education. To a limited extent, a maximum of 5 ECTS credits from continuing education can also be validated from the non-university sector.

In designing your MAS module, your existing skills are just as important as your defined educational goal.

The great flexibility of the MAS in Creative Practice requires a high degree of personal responsibility from students, but at the same time it also allows them to study at their own pace.

The MAS in Creative Practice is thus a cross-disciplinary platform for individually tailored artistic, creative and personal continuing education in a range of areas. Our innovative approach also allows you to gain qualifications for fields of work in art, design and education that you have not yet predefined at the start of your studies, or to change your career direction.
