  • expand their individual facilitation profile and a repertoire of methods tailored to them in order to shape innovation and transformation processes in a targeted manner
  • test their role as a facilitator in different settings and with dynamically changing requirements
  • sharpen their awareness of the use of emotional and creative tensions in the facilitation of group and team processes
  • are able to apply the facilitation skills they have developed in their working environment and pass them on to others

Positioning

In the context of the MAS Strategic Design, the CAS Facilitating Innovation focuses on the aspect of effective support in transformation projects. The course is therefore particularly suitable for people who want to expand their methodological skills, apply them in a targeted manner, empower people and thus transform companies.
