This study aims to adapt the training of future teachers to a world marked by systemic crises: it seeks to provide pedagogical tools that not only impart knowledge but also enable genuine agency in the face of this uncertainty. The author, a lecturer at the FHNW School of Education, tests and refines micro-didactic interventions with 64 students. As an artifact, he presents over 40 curated method cards as well as a handbook, which together form the operational core of this “Meta-Playbook.” The didactic impulses presented therein are structured into four navigational phases: Sensing (physical perception), Collaborative Agency (joint prototyping), Wide Boundary Intelligence (systemic thinking), and Critical Hospicing (unlearning old patterns). The underlying concepts view higher education didactics as a strategic intervention in which instructors move beyond being mere content conveyors to become strategic context builders.
