- Project title: Moving from within: movement organization through Tai Chi
- Description: This thesis explores Tai Chi as an embodied movement logic within contemporary dance training, focusing on how movement is organized through grounding, release, inner control, and spiraling connectivity.
Rather than reproducing Tai Chi as a fixed form, the research investigates it as a living system that cultivates continuity, sensitivity, and coordination between body, movement, and space.
