This paper addresses the changed requirements for the management and team level of companies in the context of digitalization. Above all, it is these groups of people who must be enablers in the anchoring of agile and creative ways of thinking and working in order to sustainably counter VUCA. With the goal of positioning herself as a freelance strategic consultant, she approaches her own consulting concept in the course of this work in three stages: in interviews with business partners she develops a feeling for the management level, in interventions with representatives of the younger generation she feels their pulse and needs, and in a design thinking workshop with the team of an architecture firm she tests the application of her coaching. As a result, she presents her own coaching profile.
