DIPLOMA PROJECT
Every dancer faces challenges during training or professional life. Navigating them requires staying grounded physically and mentally. It's important to listen closely to our bodies and minds, maintaining a balance between personal, professional, and social spheres. Practices like meditation, journaling, and creating a support group of friends can help build resilience. These tools can provide calmness during injuries or other unexpected moments a dancer may face. This short film explores the personal rituals I use to ease my nerves before a demanding workday.
BIOGRAPHY
I was born in 2006 in Khon Kaen, Thailand. After moving with my family to Italy, I joined a local dance studio at the age of 8, where I trained for the next 6 years. I was later admitted to Tanz Akademie Zürich in 2021, from which I graduated in 2024. That same year, I was admitted in the 3rd year Bachelor program at the Zürich University of Arts, and offered a 1 year internship at Introdans in the Netherlands. So far, I had the opportunity to work with choreographers, for example, Inbal Pinto, Krisztina de Châtel, Regina van Berkel. I also toured across the country, gaining valuable experiences that helped me grow both artistically and personally.
