The present work is embedded in the context of the communications agency Serviceplan Suisse, where the author works as a team leader. A fragile initial situation prompts the author to ask how strategic design can be used to bring about cultural change projects by team leaders from the centre of the company. Using "cultural injections", the author tests whether and how this management level can positively influence the togetherness, cooperation and identification of the working environment. The work documents and analyses the sprints carried out. The result is a booklet that encourages an examination of the concept of spontaneous impulses and the design of feedback and meetings.
