DIPLOMA PROJECT
This project explores how nutrition for dancers can be both optimized and simplified. Dancers often face challenges like irregular schedules, high stress, and limited nutritional knowledge. To address this, I created a book that covers key topics such as nutrients, time management, budgeting, and meal prep - along with simple recipes and hand-drawn illustrations. The goal is to make healthy eating easier to understand and apply in everyday life.
BIOGRAPHY
I'm Noa, born in 2004, and started dancing at four. My best friend wanted to be a ballerina - my parents just needed me to stop hopping around the house. She quit, I stayed. The dance world is huge, and finding an own voice can feel overwhelming. That's what I've been learning at ZHdK and during my internship at Scapino Ballet Rotterdam. The diversity and endless possibility in dance inspire me - and I'm glad it's unending. When I need to disconnect, I bake - something that actually has an end.
