How long have you been dancing and what do you love most about it?
I have been dancing since I was 7 years old.
What I love most about dancing is going on stage to share my passion with the public, pushing through my limits and that every day is a new discovery. We were confronted with diverse working processes that we weren’t used to sometimes and that makes it fun and interesting for us.
What has been your most memorable moment at Zurich Dance Academy?
It is so hard for me to decide on one specific moment as everyday something memorable would happen. Regarding dance it would be the solo I performed in the piece from Altea Nuñez and dancing with the Zurich Ballet. They have been such great opportunities to learn, grow and experience what my new life would be like. But simply learning from my friends and teachers and laughing with them during and outside of dance are the best memories I will have.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years, I see myself dancing in a company where I enjoy every single moment and get more and more opportunities to show my passion.
The best feeling on stage is for me…
When I feel connected with the rest of the dancers and that we truly enjoy the performance.
What piece of advice would you give younger dancers who are hoping to grow and achieve their dreams in dance?
Making mistakes is part of the process so give it time but never give up. Listen to your body and Eat well, Sleep well, Rest well!
