Biografie
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Nadav had a passion for music since a young age. At 9 years old, he began playing the trumpet and quickly discovered a natural talent for the instrument. It wasn't long before he was accepted to study at the high school of the Jerusalem academy of music, where he received top-notch training in classical music.
In 2017, Nadav decided to pursue further education and moved to France to study at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Rueil-Malmaison in Paris. There, he enrolled in the specialized cycle for trumpet, chamber music, and orchestral studies, studying under the guidance of renowned trumpet player Éric Aubier.
In 2018, Nadav continued his studies at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Rouen, where he earned a COP Diploma in trumpet, chamber music, orchestral studies, and musical formation under the tutelage of Guy Messler. During this time, he also worked with Antoine Curé, a former professor of trumpet at the CNSM de Paris and a soloist with the Ensemble intercontemporain, to develop his skills in contemporary music and solo repertoire.
His dedication to music has led him to continue his education, and in 2021 he enrolled at the prestigious Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Music under the guidance of Professor Frits Damrow.
In 2023, he successfully completed his bachelor's degree and began his master's studies with Prof. Frits Damrow.
He regularly works with artists such as Daniel Schnyder, Rex Richardson and Charlie Porter.
Nadav Oz Leibovich is also trained in music physiology and is a certified Suzuki Method teacher for beginning trumpet.
