CEF Dialogues

Inspiring exchange and entrepreneurial inspiration

The CEF Dialogues promote dialogue and build bridges between SMEs and stakeholders in the creative industries through a concise evening format.

Our concept – your benefit:
In moderated discussions, current topics such as circular value creation and artificial intelligence are explored from various perspectives. The focus is on dialogue and reflection within a small group. Interactive formats allow participants to share their own experiences and learn from one another.
The events typically take place in the early evening (6–8 p.m.) and are complemented by informal networking.
This format is aimed in particular at SME representatives and interested parties who are seeking inspiration for current challenges and value dialogue with other industries.

Tuesday, 25 August 2026: How do (micro) entrepreneurs create scope for themselves and others?
Focus: Where pressure for efficiency and standards dominate everyday life, the search for niches becomes a strategic necessity. Together with SME experts we will examine the specific challenges faced by small and micro-enterprises. Discover how strategy and creativity can help break entrenched patterns and embed leadership.
Moderator: Christoph Weckerle

Thursday, 22 October 2026: How do SMEs combine human intuition with artificial intelligence?
Focus: The leap from AI hype to genuine value creation requires more than just algorithms. We discuss with Foryouandyourcustomers how “Agentic AI” autonomously controls processes without alienating the workforce. The central question is: How do entrepreneurs use artificial intelligence to specifically create space for typically human skills such as empathy and intuition?
Curated by: Sebastian Horat, Foryouandyourcustomers
Inspiration: Concrete case studies featuring SMEs from the Uster region.
