Willkommen im Innovation-Gym, David Krauer, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste

As a product manager, the author of this thesis posits that product teams develop more innovative products when they use experimentation. Working with his own clients and teams, he tests and validates methods and interventions that product teams can easily implement in their daily work to establish and cultivate their own culture of experimentation. These tests have resulted in a framework for product innovation: the Innovation Gym. It supports product leaders in building a solid foundation for long-term product success and the corresponding culture. They learn how to experiment successfully in their daily work.
