The project is designed to give us understanding of sources and reasons for stage fright and to provide guidance for dancers and dance coaches on how to deal with it. It will help to understand what is holding us back in situations for which we have practiced in order to master our performance skills under pressure. In order to reach that, we will learn how to stay present in the moment of performing without having self-doubts, as well as find our individual routines and methods, which will help us to perform and coach at our best.
