Logo Toni-Molkerei, Farb-Licht-Zentrum, Farb-Licht-Zentrum / ZHdK

The color-light center equipped the original logo of the former Toni milk factory with LEDs instead of the defective neon tubes. The letters were illuminated with cyan, the arc and the milkman with blue light, corresponding to the two colors of the plexiglass.
A total of 80.7m RGB LED strips were installed. They were mounted parallel to each other at a distance of approximately 8cm. In order to achieve homogeneous illumination the LED strips were supplied with diffuse covers. With a remote control the brightness of the LEDs can be adjusted to the ambient light.

From February 2015 on the logo illuminates the AVZ of the ZHdK and will remain as one of the few historic pieces within the new Toni site.
