    The starting point of this work is the holocratic organizational form of the marketing and communications agency Feinheit, which is perceived as unstable. The co-worker and author identifies the phenomenon of corporate culture as a stabilizing factor in the holocracy, which does not provide any vehicles for shaping culture. Thus, she investigates how corporate culture can be tried out and shaped and uses a mix of methods to survey the target and actual culture. Furthermore, she explores the feasibility and acceptance of vehicles for culture design in various interventions. Her conclusion: The Salon meeting format in particular provides a space in which tensions can be negotiated and cultural development can be promoted. The author presents the moderation map for this meeting format, which can be transferred to other companies, as a practical result.
