With the theme "Money - Space - Postindustrialization" the Z-Club represents the ZHdK at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2014 in the Palazzo Trevisan degli Ulivi.
The Color-Light-Center developed for this occasion the light installation "Moving Signs". It consists of 13 pairs of moving letters, which are projected onto the walls with the help of LEDs and mirrors. Powered by small fans the individual letters can be positioned precisely in the room or transiently set into motion. They migrate along the walls, become distorted and superimposed and create forever new forms and signs.
The words were selected according to the theme of each evening. Because the wind movements were only partially controllable words and meanings always resolved and were transformed into transient light signals.
