With this work, the head of the HF Interaction Design programme at the School of Design in Bern presents a framework for holistic-adaptive educational design. It is her response to the constant change in the world of work, which requires the dynamic further development of practice-oriented educational programmes such as the HF Interaction Design. First, she explores different perspectives from the world of education and work in workshops and integrates the findings into interventions that result in concrete artefacts for the design of the degree programme (e.g. semester timetable). She then abstracts findings and procedures into a framework that integrates the lifelong learning of all stakeholders involved in the degree programme (interested parties, students, lecturers, graduates) and is intended to provide guidance for those responsible for education in order to shape the strategic further development of practice-oriented educational programmes in a holistic and adaptive manner.
