DIPLOMA PROJECT
This is my coming-of-age story. It pulls from my experience as queer poc growing up in a predominately white environment and with that a confusion and loneliness. A foggy numbing feeling with striking pain. Woken up by it, it evolves into a journey of self-discovery, a period of growing needles (horns). It is about change, shaping and reshaping, fueled by a blind anger targeted to the inside and outside. In the end an inner confrontation and the disintegration of that. Trying to avoid the needles and listen to the fog. Flow with it until the sun peaks through.
