This study examines the traditional pitch system in the creative industry as a complex and increasingly dysfunctional structure. The author argues that existing formats do not sufficiently account for relationships and collaboration, and examines the pitch as a “wicked problem” caught between economic and social logics. Methodologically, she combines theoretical analysis, qualitative interviews, and autoethnographic reflection with an interventionist design-research approach. On this basis, she develops five relational values as strategic levers: trust, respect, transparency, resonance, and shared intention. Through deliberate disruptions, it becomes clear that change arises less from radical breaks than from interventions that foster connection. As an artifact, the author presents a podcast as a dialogic space for the further development and reflection on pitch practices and pitch processes.
