Does the project address discipline-specific and societal issues?

    Impact & transferability

    What effects/impact will the project have?

    How will the impact become apparent?

    • Qualitative: How does the use of innovation change the way people act in a certain area? How progressive and transformative is the impact?
    • Quantitative: What scope and level of impact will the innovation have when it is implemented?
    • Implementation: How promising is the innovation being targeted? How sustainably can the innovation be established, e.g.through the outcome or through collaboration or participation?

      Connectivity & interfaces

      • Which interfaces are being created to specialist peers, the arts, the public or to a market?
      • What is the significance of these interfaces for the project’s connectivity?

        Disciplinary further development

        • Does the question contribute to the further development of a discipline or of an area of study?
        • Are new ideas and insights being promoted in the area of study?
