Z-Kubator One to One Coaching supports realising ideas and projects of staff and students working in the fields of art education, design, film, fine arts, music, dance, theatre and transdisciplinary studies. Whether individual or collective, person- or project-related: we are happy to support anyone seeking expert guidance.

The offer is available to BA and MA students, teaching and research staff, across all ZHdK disciplines.
Consultations last around 30–60 minutes and take place on site at Toni Campus or online.

The Z-Kubator focuses on the interface between artistic or design ideas and entrepreneurial perspectives. Based on individual needs and previous knowledge, we enable coachees to advance their practice and projects.

How does One to One Coaching work?
In a 30 to 60-minute conversation, which takes place on site at Toni Campus or via Zoom and in German or English, we find out more about your goals, needs and questions. In many cases, questions can be clarified in the conversation or an initial orientation about relevant framework conditions can be given (e.g. "How do I become self-employed in Switzerland?", "What legal forms are available for my project?"). After the meeting, further information or contacts often follow by email. If necessary, a follow-up meeting can be arranged at a later date.
