Aikaterini Katamatze is studying piano in the Bachelor of Music programme. Her diploma project deals with the topic of origin.

Her diploma project is a residual called origin. The idea is to bring composers and their cultural background together through their music. Both of her parents are Georgian, but Aikaterini Katamatze was born and raised in Greece. The topic of identity was always a part of her art, and it's fascinating for her to see that classical composers want to enhance parts of their culture.

To have this inspirational environment at ZHdK is very important for me.
