Zurich Insurance collaborated with ZHdK’s Department of Fine Arts to design and develop the trophies for the Zurich Innovation Championship 2024. Fine Arts students at ZHdK were invited to submit their design ideas. Michael Tulio (BA Fine Arts student) won the open call with his idea of a ceramic ice cream. The "Glacé" sculpture series stands as an award for innovative thinking and working, as an invitation to keep trying out new things, to connect different worlds together and to enjoy discovery. The ceramicist Micol Zardi produced the sculptures in her atelier in Zurich.

The other nominees were Zoé Kandell and Andrei Stanescu, who are also BA Fine Arts students at ZHdK.

Congratulations and thanks to Zurich Insurance for this exciting collaboration!
