"The small world theatre" is the name of the subproject which will take place within the framework of the Einsiedeln Welttheater 2020". No less than 900 pupils will take part in the "small" world theatre - a giant project in fact. Marcel Wattenhofer, lecturer for theatre education at the ZHdK, entitled and described the event as follows:
"The small world theatre – a survey to the questions of life". It corresponds with the main event «Einsiedeln Welttheater 2020»:
What is important in your life? What are you prepared to sacrifice? What do you worship? What would you die for? What would you kill for? What is a good life? What do you believe in? What do you want to pass on to your children? What do you do with your freedom? Who are the others for you? How do you want to live?
Marcel Wattenhofer is supported by students of the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). Rehearsals are already underway. You can find the exact schedule and information here.
