    Programme objective

The CAS Classical Music Performance is geared to the individual artistic and content-related questions and learning needs. These are formulated in the letter of motivation in connection with the application and then discussed in the admission interview. Within the framework of the selected tuition package, the following topics, for example, can be focussed on and explored in depth:

    • Further development of instrumental/vocal skills
    • Refinement of technical skills
    • Supplementary knowledge of a variant instrument
    • Extension of the studentโ€™s repertoire
    • Reflection on and consolidation of artistic-interpretive expressiveness

      Qualification

The course of study is completed with a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS). The certificate describes the work performed (classroom instruction and self-study) and confirms successful participation in the course. No grade is given.

The degree includes a written reflection on the individual learning objectives formulated at the beginning of the course of study and the learning process that has taken place. This is submitted to the main subject lecturer and the study secretariat at the end of the academic year.
