This CAS is designed for qualified musicians.
The requirements for admission to the programme are as follows:

    • Previous professional experience
    • Positive outcome to the admission interview/assessment

Special admission (โ€œsur dossierโ€) is also possible in justified cases. The core subject lecturer and the head of the continuing education music programme decide on admission based on an assessment of the student's skills (trial lesson subject to a fee).

      Transfers and admissions

      • Continuation of studies

If you intend to continue your studies in the CAS Classical Music Performance, a transfer discussion will take place in mid-May with the head of the continuing education music programme to clarify your further study prospects and specialisations. With the consent of the core subject lecturer, it is generally possible to continue your studies.

An admission audition of 20โ€“30 minutes in front of the Head of Continuing Education Music and the lecturer of the main subject decides on admission to the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) Music Practice. It takes place in mid-May and mid-November.

      • Admission to the MAS
