Teacher coaching – observing, reflecting on and adapting teaching styles

The focus is on one-to-one coaching and analysing the individual’s teaching practice. Videos and/or classroom visits help build refined and objective observations, while reflecting on these observations helps further develop and fine-tune the individual’s teaching style to make it engaging, explorative and flexible.

Target audience

The course is aimed at those involved in instrumental and vocal teaching (both individual and group tuition), as well as those teaching music and movement, who would like to reflect on their teaching style and develop it further.
