    Artistic perspectives – discover and try something new

    Are you keen to try new things? Are you looking for targeted artistic input? The “Artistic Perspective” module offers you an opportunity to discover new and advanced aspects of your artistic practice or to explore specific areas in depth over the course of three sessions.

    Target audience

    This module is aimed at people who already hold a music qualification.

    Objectives

    Over the course of three sessions, participants gain an insight into a new area of music practice of their choice and enjoy their first foray into artistic practice in this area. Alternatively, they can also use the three sessions as a one-off opportunity to take an in-depth look at a particular piece of music or an ongoing piece of work.

    Application/Structure of module

    • Submit a short covering letter outlining the key questions to be addressed in this module. Students must also state the name of their choice of lecturer for the module.
    • The Continuing Education Centre then contacts the lecturer in question.
    • Individual appointments are made for three 60-minute sessions. Independent practice and work between the sessions.
    • Students decide whether to continue the course within the scope of a CAS degree programme.

    Dates

    The module includes three individual 60-minute sessions and independent practice. Students may start at any time. Dates are agreed with the lecturer.

    Students may book this module once. Students may continue the tuition within the scope of a CAS.
