Educational Encounter

10 educational encounters, 5 perspectives of the Zurich universities, 1 box
Expand your didactic horizons with digital skills!

The online course consists of 10 educational encounters from the 5 different perspectives of the Zurich universities.

Together with the participants, we explore, discover and research digital teaching and learning methods and possibilities of didactic approaches. We also acquire new skills and competences, develop and consolidate our analogue and digital skills, gain confidence in using them, and expand our didactic horizons.

The Educational Encounter online course focuses on activating the participating teachers/lecturers. Over a period of 10 weeks, participants each receive a weekly task from an expert at one of the participating LeLa universities for a didactic method and/or a creative didactic experiment – ranging from providing feedback, to exploring the basics of online/hybrid teaching, to using free learning and teaching materials (OER), through to reflection processes. In the process, participants receive an insight into the respective university and discipline, improve their creative teaching and confidence, expand their didactic and digital skills, and put what they have learned into practice.

The tasks/topics are designed in such a way that participants can incorporate them directly into their own teaching or university/school day where possible. The workload is 2 to 6 hours divided over the respective working week.
