Organizational culture as a success factor

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” – behind this famous quote by Peter Drucker lies the insight that culture is a key factor in an organization's success. This is particularly true of organizations which are faced with the challenges of digitization and social change.

Courage to change the organizational culture

The CAS Culture Change is aimed at people from all functions and industries who are involved in organizational transformation projects and want to actively shape cultural change in the world of work. The course sees itself as a multidisciplinary source of inspiration, a collaborative setting and an open space for reflection. Participants learn about new approaches, launch experiments and gradually drive their individual change projects forward. The CAS offers orientation, conveys methodological security and provides professional support during the conception and implementation phase.

    Structure

Learning and reflection processes are key

The CAS Culture Change programme is completed over a period of nine months. The components of the three modules overlap, so that participants’ culture change initiatives and projects can be driven forward and regularly reflected upon in learning loops. Course assessment for the three modules also entails documenting and critically reviewing your own project in a compact conceptual work, which is then presented in an elevator pitch.
