    Suitability

    The CAS Culture Change programme is aimed at people in any role or sector who want to expand their skills through a unique combination of design-, social- and management-based approaches and methods and take a holistic approach to driving forward organizational culture change.

    In particular, the programme is aimed at

    • managers and project leaders who want to change and develop the culture of their team, department or organisation,
    • self-employed people, company founders and agency employees,
    • digital and innovation officers, strategy and business developers and HR specialists,
    • consultants, supervisors and cultural coaches.

    Admission requirements

    Participants are required to have a nationally recognized degree qualification from a university of applied science, university or technical university and at least two years' professional experience. Interested candidates who do not have an appropriate degree may be admitted if they can provide detailed evidence of their further education and training and professional experience, and this is assessed as being of equivalent value.
