In the CAS Creativity Coaching programme, we immerse ourselves in the world of art, aesthetics and coaching. Central to this is the aesthetic experience – an experience in which hand, heart and mind come together. During the sessions, we explore art-based techniques, reflect on creative processes and examine the resulting works using resource-oriented questions. All of this takes place with a phenomenological, non-judgemental approach. The aim is an experimental and playful coaching style that leads to unpredictable solutions.
